.com and .net prices to rise.  The price increase will be effective from 15 October 2007.
I have many .com domains, so the increase in renewal fees will be significant. Some of my older .com domains are already renewed for 10 years, so I cannot renew them any longer. If a website brings in some revenue per month, without any effort on my part, renewing for a long time is the best option
Compared to .info and .in domains, .com domains are easiest to monetise. I started purchasing domains seriously in January and within 2 months, many of the developed domains are PR2 and PR3. My .in domains are more than 6 months old and, have more than 20 pages each and still do not have any PR.
For parked domains, the number of unique visitors is high (though CTR is very low). Those parked pages are full of ads and still have a much lower CTR than any of my developed websites, I suppose most visitors just click the back button. Selling domains on forums is time consuming and prices seem to be very low at present.

Developing domains is the most profitable option, but with no electricity for 5 hours every day, I cannot do much work. Only after a few months, I know how much money a domain is going to make. So the more I delay developing a domain, the more money I lose.  Â
